1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not have been assembled, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom-built bikes or products that have been modified specifically for you

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Exchanges
